Amish Cinnamon Bread

Thisย Amish Cinnamon Breadย is a wonderfully moist and tender quick bread, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.ย The ribbons of cinnamon and sugar swirled throughout each loaf create a delightful aroma and flavor thatโ€™s hard to resist. Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Pans:ย Preheat your oven toย 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).ย Grease two standard loaf pans (e.g., 9ร—5 inches).
  2. Make the Batter:ย In a large bowl, cream together theย 1 cup softened butter,ย 2 cups sugar, andย 2 eggsย until the mixture is light and fluffy.ย In a separate bowl, whisk together theย 4 cups flourย andย 2 teaspoons baking soda.ย Add theย 2 cups buttermilkย and the flour mixture alternately to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
