How to Make Baked Chili Mac Casserole

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente (slightly firm). Drain well and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chili Base

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess grease if necessary.
