Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb. beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers, including the juice
  • 4–6 hoagie rolls or sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Add the Beef: Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Season: Sprinkle the entire packet of Italian dressing seasoning evenly over the roast.
