Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork. Add the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, then mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add Crunch and Flavor
Stir in the red onion, pickles, jalapeño, apple, corn, and peas. Mix gently so the ingredients remain distinct and provide a variety of textures.
Step 3: Season
Add the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil and stir until everything is evenly combined.
Step 4: Chill
Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Step 5: Serve
